Shipping Policy

Firefighter Straps Inc. offers flat rate shipping for most of the products we sell online. 

Standard Flat Rate Domestic Shipping

In-stock items typically arrive in 3-5 days. Due to current events, please contact us if you have a specific deadline to ensure we can meet your requirements. If an item is unavailable within that time frame, we will reach out to you so that you are aware of any potential delays in receiving your shipment.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico typically takes 5-14 days to arrive via USPS and additional orders may apply. 

Additional charges will apply when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. *FREE Shipping does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii on any product/s. 

Orders under $200: Flat $14.49 shipping
Orders $200 and Up: Free Shipping

Firefighter Straps Inc regularly uses UPS to deliver products to our customers in a timely manner. Due to UPS shipping policies, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Any customers who enter an order using PO box will be contacted to provide a physical shipping address to proceed with the order. Order Tracking

Live shipping tracking is available for all orders placed on our website via the carrier's website. You will receive an email with shipping details for your order as soon as it is shipped, and you can track using the carrier's website. 

Partial Orders

Firefighter Straps Inc. will sometimes ship partial orders to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Additionally, items may sometimes be shipped directly from the manufacturer to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. 

International Shipping

Currently Firefighter Straps Inc. does not ship internationally. Shipping is only available within the United States.
